What this policy covers
This policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that St Agnes Museum Trust collects when you are on St Agnes Museum website including the online shop, when you email us, or when you complete and submit any forms to us.
The Trust holds and processes personal data in accordance with all current legislation relating to data protection.
Information Collection and Use
You can visit our site and use the services without telling us who you are or giving us any personally identifiable information.
It is only when you complete a form that requests personal information, or email the museum that you can be identified.
St Agnes Museum Trust also automatically receives information on server logs from your browser including your IP Address and the page you requested.
St Agnes Museum uses the information for fulfilling your request for information or goods. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone, or use the data for any other purpose than that for which it was originally collected.
Your personal information will only be used by the Museum team for the purpose(s) specified. We will only hold your information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purpose.
